Code of Practise
We adhere to strict ethics governing our recruitment activity and apply the following principals:
All candidates are communicated with either verbally or in writing as to their status in the recruitment process
Employees of client companies will not be contacted or approached during a search assignment
Candidate and client confidentiality is maintained at all times
Candidates will not have their details forwarded to any company without their prior consent
Fees and costs are agreed at the outset of each assignment
Assignments are handled by the consultant, who agrees the brief with the client
