We determine, in agreement with each individual client, the best recruitment approach, either recommending search, advertised selection or a combination of both, following which a detailed recruitment programme is presented to include the appropriate strategy, advertising copy if required and a full job and person specification. We interview suitable candidates which meet the job criteria. Approximately 75 % of our recruitment activity is through search and 25 % through advertised selection.
Candidates are targeted exclusively to the position in which they have expressed an interest and are provided with a detailed brief which includes information on the client company, the position, person criteria and the compensation and benefits package.
Selected candidates are interviewed and a shortlist report is produced for the client, highlighting all relevant career and person histories of those deemed to meet job’s criteria.
